If you can’t blog everyday, you can’t lose weight ?

In other words, if you CAN BLOG EVERYDAY, YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT 🙂

  1. Start your day rightYou must have heard people say, “Start your day with Prayer and Meditation “.
    Yes we all know that but do we do it ? I know your answer, lol.So, here’s a morning routine which is doable, I open my eyes and while still in bed I Thank God for a beautiful morning, I reach out for my black diary near me and write a line or two about what I am thankful about from the previous day. Then I do my three yoga exercises (takes just 5 minutes – ask me in comments below for the youtube video link and i will give it to you).Because I have enough time in the morning being a work from home entrepreneur, I grab a cup of coffee (Yes i brush my teeth first) and turn on my laptop. I write my blog or blogs, depending on how i feel. Sometimes i write 10 blogs in 30 minutes using my awesome software (ask me in comments below about my awesome software). I go for a walk to the downtown grocery store- 5 minutes from here to buy a few things i might need.I guess that takes care of morning exercise, meditation and blogging !! Now I am guilt free!How easy was that!!
  2. Make a reasonable commitment – Yeah Yeah – Don’t eat desserts, chocolates and junk food – we heard all that!!
    But do we stop. I know your answer.Here’s what I do.I eat every 4 hours, mostly freshly cooked food. I look forward to trying new recipes and improving my cooking skills and if you think you are a good cook, you can create a blog on your recipes, how about that!
    Read my blog about healthy eating hereI do eat pizzas, chips, drink coke. There was a time i wanted chips and coke everyday. Then i made a commitment as recommended by my mother in law.I wrote my health commitment on a piece of paper and pinned it on my fridge. No i didn’t live up to my commitment as i wanted to, but I did become conscious of my consumption of chips and coke and reduced my consumption from everyday to a few days in a week.Hmm, that’s all good but what about blogging! Ok, so the same principle applies here.

    I made a commitment to blog every morning, didn’t I?

    But I may skip some days as just like you I am not disciplined enough. And just like keeping my commitment for coke and chips on some days if not all, I keep my commitment to blog most of the days if not all.

    Isn’t it better than putting it aside everyday till you realize you didn’t write a single blog in the past 30 days!
    SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING

    I can tell you lost weight already by reading this blog, lol.

    3. Become a sharer – Hmm, now am i talking about sharing food or sharing information on your blog about something that will help people. I am talking about both.

    You can make it a habit of sharing your food recipes. yes, when you get into a habit of cooking healthy food, your friends want to know what you are doing to stay healthy. Plus, I personally believe that you drive around your house and look for homeless people and buy them food. If you thinking you have stuff in the fridge which you will not eat but its not stale, donate food to food banks specially after your big parties.
